1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Boostkit's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Boostkit Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Boostkit services.

2. Services

Boostkit provides:

Web development services
AI agents and automation solutions
Boostkit Platform (CRM and marketing automation)

Boostkit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Boostkit services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the Boostkit services only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Boostkit services
Not use the Boostkit services to transmit malicious code or spam

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Boostkit services are owned by Boostkit and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For custom development work, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
Payment is due as per the terms specified in your agreement
Late payments may incur additional charges
Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Web Development Projects: Cancellation terms are specified in your project agreement. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for work not yet completed.

Boostkit Platform: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Boostkit strives to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee that the Boostkit services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boostkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Boostkit's total liability for any claim arising from the Boostkit services shall not exceed the amount you paid Boostkit in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Boostkit harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Boostkit services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

Boostkit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be sent via email or through the Boostkit website. Continued use of the Boostkit services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
