Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Boostkit and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For custom development work, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
Payment is due as per the terms specified in your agreement
Late payments may incur additional charges
Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Web Development Projects: Cancellation terms are specified in your project agreement. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for work not yet completed.

Boostkit Platform: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boostkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Boostkit harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
