The Boostkit platform: enquiries, bookings and payments in one place

I built Boostkit for owner-run businesses in the UK that take enquiries by phone, email and their website and book customers in by hand. It keeps all of that in one workspace, so nothing is lost between a message and a booking.

What it does

One workspace for each business, with the parts a small business uses every week.

  • Contacts and enquiries

Every enquiry from your website, forms and email lands against a contact, with a pipeline to move each one from new to won. No more hunting through inboxes and notebooks.

  • Online booking

Customers pick a service and a time on your own booking page. You set the hours, the staff and the rules, and you can ask for a deposit or the full price when they book.

  • Forms

Enquiry and intake forms you can put on your website. Each answer becomes a contact and can start an automation.

  • Email and campaigns

A shared inbox for email conversations, and email campaigns to your own customers. Unsubscribes and bounces are handled for you.

  • Invoices and payment links

Send an invoice or share a payment link. The customer pays by card and the money goes to your Stripe account.

  • Automations

Plain rules such as: when someone books, send a confirmation; when an enquiry has been quiet for a week, create a follow-up task for you.

  • Reports

Where enquiries came from, what was booked and what was paid, so you can see what is working without building a spreadsheet.

  • AI helper

An assistant inside your workspace. It answers questions about your own records, such as which enquiries are waiting, and drafts emails and posts for you to check. If it suggests a change, nothing happens until you press confirm. You can switch the AI helpers off.

Your Stripe account, your money

To take card payments you connect your own Stripe account, or create one from inside the platform. When a customer pays a deposit, an invoice or a payment link, the payment is made directly on your account and goes to you.

Boostkit takes no fee on those payments. Stripe's usual processing fees apply, and they are charged by Stripe to you. I never see or store card details or your Stripe keys.

What it can replace

  • A spreadsheet or notebook of who enquired
  • A separate booking widget
  • A forms tool that emails you and nothing else
  • A mailing list tool for newsletters
  • A separate invoicing tool
  • Reminders you keep in your head

You do not have to move everything at once. Enquiries and booking are a sensible place to start.

What is live and what is not

I would rather you heard this from me now than found out later. The platform is new, and some parts have not yet run against the real service they connect to.

Being proved on live accounts

  • Card payments through your own Stripe account. The flow is built and tested, and I will say here once it has taken live payments.
  • Google reviews: connecting your Business Profile, showing reviews on your site and replying from the platform.
  • Sending email from your own domain, and calendar sync with Google and Microsoft calendars.
  • The AI helper in everyday use.

Not available yet

  • Text messages and calls.
  • WhatsApp.
  • Posting to Facebook and Instagram, and replying to messages there.

The platform is hosted in London, and its database is in Ireland.

Built by the person who builds your website

I design and build websites for small businesses, and I built the platform they sit on. It is the same person, the same stack and the same standards. Here is some of the work.
