The challenge
Ben Carter had built an excellent reputation as a NICEIC-registered electrician trading under BCE Electricals, but the name didn't reflect his personal brand or the local, approachable service he offered. With growing demand for EV charger installations and a 5-star rating on Bark, he needed a rebrand and website that would build a recognisable local identity and attract businesses and trade across Kent.
My solution
Rebranded from BCE Electricals to SparkyBen to create a memorable, locally focused brand identity. Designed and built a fast, mobile-first website optimised for local SEO across Kent service areas. Features include a clear pricing page, an EV charger installation guide, emergency callout information, and prominent trust signals including NICEIC registration and customer reviews.
