Timelines depend on how quickly you can supply content, photography, and feedback — clients who block out time for those steps are usually live faster. We'll give you a clear delivery schedule before you commit.

Will my website be mobile responsive?

Every site we build is mobile-first by default. We design for the smallest screens first, then progressively enhance for tablets and desktop. Do I own the website after you build it?

Yes — fully. The code is yours, the domain is yours, the hosting is in your name (we'll set you up on Vercel or your preferred host). If you ever decide to part ways, you keep everything. No proprietary CMS, no platform lock-in, no per-seat licensing.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. We offer monthly care plans (security updates, content edits, performance monitoring, monthly reports) starting at around £197/month. You're never obligated — many clients self-manage with our handover guide. We're happy either way; we'd rather you be in control.

Can you redesign my existing website without losing SEO?

Absolutely — and we plan for it from day one. We crawl your current site, map every URL, set up 301 redirects for any structural changes, preserve content depth, and migrate metadata cleanly. We've redesigned sites with strong organic traffic without losing rankings. SEO audit and migration plan are included on Growth and Performance packages.
