The Challenge

WH Pubs operates six premium venues across Kent — The Bull in Otford, The Chaser Inn in Shipbourne, The Cricketers Inn in Meopham, The Little Brown Jug in Chiddingstone Causeway, The Rose & Crown in Green Street Green, and The Old Jail. Each venue had its own outdated website with inconsistent branding, no booking system, and poor search visibility.

Our Solution

We designed and built a unified Next.js platform with a shared CMS powered by Sanity, giving each venue its own branded section while maintaining consistent UX. Integrated online booking, live event listings, and a unified menu management system. Implemented comprehensive local SEO for each venue location.
