Websites for plumbers and heating engineers
I design and build websites for plumbers, heating engineers and gas engineers. The site is planned around the work that pays, whether that is boiler installations, bathrooms or emergency callouts, and the towns you want it in.
What a website for plumbers and heating engineers needs
A template with your logo on it will not win the job. These are the parts that do.
Emergency and planned work kept separate
A burst pipe and a new bathroom are different customers. Emergency pages lead with the phone number; installation pages lead with examples, guarantees and a quote form.
Gas Safe details customers can check
Your Gas Safe registration number and any manufacturer accreditations are shown clearly, because people do check before letting someone near their boiler.
Boiler and heating pages that answer the cost question
Installation, servicing and repair pages with honest guide prices and what is included, so the enquiries you get are already qualified.
Landlord and commercial work
If you want gas safety certificates, letting agent or commercial maintenance work, it gets its own page rather than a line in a list.
Area pages for the places you cover
Each town page is written for that town, with the services you offer there, so you are found outside your home postcode.
Reviews and a matching Google profile
Your Google reviews are shown on the site and your Business Profile is set up to match it. Together they decide whether you appear in the map results.
Built around what your customers search
People do not search for a business name they have never heard of. They search for the job and the place. I plan the pages from searches like these, then write each one for the customer behind it.
The same pages feed your Google Business Profile, which is what puts you in the map results. If you want enquiries faster, I can add Google Ads or ongoing local SEO once the site is live.

Questions plumbers and heating engineers ask
Straight answers on cost, timing and what you need to give me.
How much does a plumber's website cost?
Pay monthly websites start at £79 a month plus VAT on Starter (£249 setup), £119 on Growth (£349 setup) and £169 on Pro (£499 setup). Hosting, SSL, updates and support are included. There is a 6-month minimum term, then it rolls monthly. One-off builds are available if you prefer to pay once. Packages start at £1,497. Most growing businesses choose Growth at £2,997.
What pages does a plumbing and heating website need?
At minimum: boiler installation, boiler servicing and repair, general plumbing, bathrooms if you fit them, emergency callouts, the areas you cover and a contact page. Landlord certificates and commercial work deserve their own pages if you want more of either.
Can the site help me get more boiler installations rather than small jobs?
Yes, that is a planning decision. The pages, the homepage order and the calls to action are weighted towards the work you want. Small-job enquiries can still come through, but the site stops leading with them.
Should I run Google Ads as well?
For emergency and boiler work, ads can bring calls while the site builds up its organic rankings. I manage Google Ads for local businesses and will tell you plainly if your area and budget make it worthwhile before you spend anything.
How quickly can it be live?
Two to three weeks for most plumbing and heating businesses. Your old site stays up until the new one is ready, and I handle the switch.
What if I am on the tools and have no time for this?
That is the usual situation. I need one call of around half an hour, your Gas Safe details and whatever photos you have on your phone. I write the copy and send you a link to check.
