What's included in a brand identity package?

A full brand identity covers the logo system (primary mark, secondary marks, favicons), typography (headings and body type), a colour palette with accessibility checks, brand guidelines (a PDF document covering tone of voice, do's-and-don'ts, and applications), and a starter kit of social-media templates and email signatures. We can scope smaller packages if you only need a logo refresh.

How long does branding take?

A focused brand identity (logo + typography + colour + guidelines) typically takes 4–6 weeks: discovery, two rounds of design, refinement, and final delivery. A full rebrand including website, photography, and collateral usually runs 8–12 weeks. We work in fixed sprints so you always know what you're seeing and when.

Do I get the original logo files?

Yes — every brand project ships with the full file pack: editable Figma files, layered Adobe files (.ai, .psd), and exported assets (SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF) at every size and colour variant. You own everything outright and there are no per-use licensing restrictions on your own brand.

Can you rebrand without losing equity in our existing brand?

Yes. We start with a brand audit — what's working, what's recognised by your customers, what's confusing or dated. The strongest rebrands keep the equity (often colour or shape memory) while refreshing the execution. We'll never change for change's sake; if your existing brand is solid, we'll tell you.

Do you do print, packaging, and signage too?

Yes — business cards, brochures, vehicle livery, shopfront signage, packaging, exhibition stands. We work with vetted print partners across Kent and the South-East and can manage end-to-end production, or supply print-ready files for your preferred supplier.
