The challenge
The Kaorium team wanted to demonstrate what a purpose-built CRM could do for the fragrance brands they partner with. Their existing tools weren't tailored to the fragrance industry and couldn't handle automated email workflows, pipeline tracking, or GDPR-compliant data storage for their international client base.
My solution
Developed a bespoke CRM platform with 16 custom automations, pipeline management for brand partnerships, and integrated tracking for fragrance discovery sessions. Built on Next.js and hosted on Vercel, with Resend for automated email workflows and Supabase for GDPR-compliant data storage.
